The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing young learners (ages 2.5–5 years) through a secure, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning workplace. The teacher focuses on building foundational skills in language, motor development, social interaction, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on the curriculum
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
Develop children’s basic skills (language, numeracy, motor skills, social habits)
Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, rhymes, games, and play-way activities
Monitor and record students’ progress and development
Maintain classroom discipline with a positive and caring approach




Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior
Organize classroom materials, displays, and learning resources
Conduct activities, celebrations, and events for holistic development
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
Qualifications:
Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE) / Montessori Training (preferred)
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory in most schools)
Prior experience in pre-primary teaching is an advantage
