Maintain, inspect, and repair HVAC systems, air conditioners, chillers, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
Attend to daily guest room, restaurant, kitchen, and public area HVAC requirements.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Monitor temperature, pressure, and system performance.
Identify and rectify HVAC faults promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair activities.
Follow safety, hygiene, and hotel engineering standards.
Coordinate with other engineering team members during maintenance work.
Respond quickly to guest and departmental complaints related to HVAC systems.
Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Manager/HOD.
