Assess the patient's physical, emotional, and functional needs.
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans.
Assist patients in regaining independence in daily activities.
Administer medications and monitor the patient's health status.
Educate patients and families about treatment, self-care, and recovery.
Prevent complications such as pressure sores, infections, and falls.
Coordinate care with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare specialists.
Provide emotional support and motivate patients throughout rehabilitation.
Monitor patient progress and modify the care plan as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and advocate for the patient's rehabilitation goals and quality of life.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
