Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) based on competency gaps, productivity trends, quality issues, safety incidents, and succession planning.
Align annual training calendar with organizational goals and business priorities.
Partner with department heads to understand future skill requirements.
Competency Management
Develop and maintain competency matrices for all functions.
Conduct competency mapping and skill gap assessments.
Learning & Development Programs
Develop structured learning paths for operators, supervisors, engineers, and managers.
Manufacturing & Technical Skill Development
Drive technical skill enhancement programs related to all operations.
Training Effectiveness & ROI




Track post-training improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and employee performance.
Prepare monthly training dashboards and management reports.
Compliance & Audit Requirements
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA8000, ECOVADIS, Customer Audits, and statutory training requirements.
Maintain training records, certifications, attendance, and competency evidence.
Support internal and external audits related to training and competence.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
