Safety & Compliance: Ensure workers use proper safety gear and follow factory rules.
Reporting: Log daily production numbers, efficiency rates, and attendance records for managers.
Key Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years working in an apparel or textile manufacturing workplace.
Skills: Solid knowledge of industrial sewing, line balancing, and basic troubleshooting.
Education: High school diploma or a degree/diploma in garment technology or a related field.
