Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, providing accurate information about products or services and resolving complaints promptly.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service and enhance the overall customer experience .
Conduct after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty .
Identify prospects to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers .
Prepare and present reports on customer feedback and activities to management .
Advise clients on process improvements and act as a point of contact for complaints or escalations.

Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is minimum; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,



Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales /Freshers can also apply

Skills and Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
Robust listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software .
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced setting

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
