Role Description

This is a full-time in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an Influencer Marketing/Talent Management Intern. The intern will support the team throughout the onboarding, planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns.



Responsibilities will include assisting with influencer discovery, managing communication with creators, maintaining campaign trackers, and monitoring campaign performance. The intern will also contribute to creating and presenting campaign reports and brainstorming innovative campaign ideas to align with client goals.

Qualifications
Strong research and communication skills for influencer discovery and relationship management
Ability to use social media platforms and tools effectively, with a keen understanding of trends in influencer marketing
Organizational and time management skills to handle campaign coordination and maintain detailed records
Analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and compile actionable insights
Creativity and an eye for detail, with a passion for storytelling through content and campaigns
Should have knowledge about how an agency works
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn in a quick-paced environment

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
