We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Head with a strong background in real estate and building materials. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. This role demands expertise in GST, TDS, and statutory reporting, along with leadership in managing the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
Oversee end-to-end accounting processes including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
GST & TDS Compliance

Ensure timely preparation, filing, and reconciliation of GST returns and TDS data. Maintain compliance with statutory requirements.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Audit & Reporting
Coordinate internal and external audits. Generate accurate MIS reports, financial statements, and compliance documentation.
Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the accounts team,



ensuring adherence to processes and fostering skilled growth.Manage project-based accounting for real estate developments and building material supply chains, including vendor payments and client billing.
Industry-Specific Expertise

Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Background
CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with specialization in accounting and taxation.
Experience

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within real estate or building materials.Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.Analytical mindset, attention to detail, leadership ability, and effective communication skills.
