Overall responsibility for MEP/Electrical project execution. Plan schedules, manpower, procurement; coordinate MEP services, clients, consultants & contractors. Monitor cost, quality, progress, variations, safety, testing, commissioning and handover.
Required Candidate profile
Robust MEP knowledge with expertise in project planning, BOQ, billing, variations and MEP coordination. Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, Primavera/MS Project, team leadership and problem-solving.
