We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels, understanding their requirements, and forwarding qualified leads to the Sales Team for further follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
Contact and follow up with leads generated through Meta, Google, and other sources.
Understand the customer's requirements and provide basic information about our products/services.
Identify potential and interested customers and qualify leads.
Forward qualified leads to the Sales Team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
Follow up with interested leads when required.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.
Coordinate effectively with the Sales Team.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and skilled phone manner.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Malayalam.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working time : 9am to 5pm
