About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hospitality-savvy individual to join our OTA operations team. You will be responsible for managing online distribution for hotel and hospitality clients — handling listings, rates, availability, and guest communication across platforms like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo, EaseMyTrip, and others.

This is a ground-level operations role with solid growth potential in revenue and channel management.

Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain room inventory, rates, and availability across OTA platforms daily
Monitor rate parity across all distribution channels and flag discrepancies
Create, edit, and optimize property listings including room descriptions, amenities, and photos
Respond to guest queries, booking requests, and reviews on behalf of client properties
Coordinate with hotel front desk teams for reservation confirmations and special requests
Track and report key performance metrics — occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace
Assist in implementing promotions, offers, and seasonal rate plans on OTAs
Maintain accurate records of booking data in spreadsheets or channel manager dashboards
Escalate platform-level issues (unauthorized discounts, listing errors, parity violations) to the senior team





Requirements
Graduate in Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, BBA, or any relevant field
0–2 years of experience in hotel front office, OTA operations, or travel industry roles
Basic understanding of OTA platforms and online hotel distribution
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Robust written English for guest communication and listing copy
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
Comfortable working with channel managers (training will be provided)

Good to Have
Prior exposure to channel managers like RezNext, Staah, Siteminder, or similar
Knowledge of revenue management concepts
Experience handling Extranet portals of Booking.com, MMT, or Agoda
