Role Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern to help grow Care Learning across Ireland, the UK, and Australia.

This role is focused on outreach, lead generation, client communication, and helping healthcare organisations discover our online and offline training solutions. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing team to build relationships with nursing homes, hospitals, homecare providers, and healthcare professionals.

Perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in healthcare sales, SaaS, training, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to healthcare providers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
Generate and qualify new business leads
Book meetings and demos for the senior sales team
Follow up with warm leads and existing enquiries
Help promote Care Learning’s:
Online training platform
Practical training sessions
Healthcare job portal
Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly
Research potential clients and market prospects
Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives




Build relationships with decision-makers in healthcare organisations

What We’re Looking For
Robust communication skills
Confident speaking on calls and video meetings
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good organisational and follow-up skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and online tools
Interest in sales, healthcare, marketing, or SaaS products
Ability to work independently and hit targets

Previous internship or sales experience
Knowledge of healthcare or recruitment industry
Experience using CRM systems
