Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Handle inbound phone, email, and walk-in inquiries, and conduct cold or warm outreach on provided databases to generate interest.
Student Guidance: Counsel students and parents on suitable academic programs, career pathways, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
Application Support: Assist applicants through form filling, document verification, and interview coordination.
Campus Outreach: Lead campus tours, host information sessions, and represent the institution at education fairs or school visits.
Data Tracking: Maintain accurate daily logs of prospective student interactions and application statuses using CRM software
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
