We're looking for a Senior Executive-Printing to join our merchandising and procurement team. If you have experience in commercial printing, vendor management, and costing, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate product costing and quotations.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with printing vendors.
Compare quotations and finalize vendors based on cost, quality, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for artwork approvals and order execution.
Maintain vendor database and pricing records.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through effective negotiations.
Products You'll Handle
Commercial printing and branding materials, including:
Visiting Cards
Brochures & Catalogues
Packaging Boxes & Paper Bags
Stickers, Labels & Other Printed Stationery
Preferred Profile
2–5 years of experience in printing procurement, costing, or commercial printing.
Valuable understanding of paper, printing processes, and finishing techniques.
Solid negotiation, vendor management, and Excel skills.
