Job Description

The Sprout Media is looking for a Video Editor to join our team and create engaging, high-quality short-form video content for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of social media content, especially Instagram Reels, and be able to consistently deliver quality edits within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form content for Instagram and other social media platforms
Create engaging edits with strong pacing, storytelling, cuts, transitions, captions, music, and sound effects
Follow creative briefs, references, scripts, and brand guidelines
Make revisions based on feedback
Maintain consistency in editing quality across different client projects
Properly organize project files and exported videos
Complete assigned edits within daily deadlines
Coordinate with the team regarding projects, revisions, and requirements

Required Skills
Good knowledge of short-form video editing
Solid understanding of cuts, pacing, transitions, and storytelling




Familiarity with Instagram Reels and current social media editing trends
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
Attention to detail
Ability to understand and implement feedback
Valuable communication and teamwork skills

Required Software

Must be proficient in at least one:
Adobe Premiere Pro
CapCut

Preferred but not mandatory:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop

Requirements
Personal laptop capable of handling video editing
Relevant editing portfolio or sample work
Ability to work from our office in Nashik
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday
Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is reliable, creative, detail-oriented, and consistent. The ability to maintain both speed and quality is key for this role.
