Role & responsibilities
Surveillance: Collect and review data on patient infections daily to spot unusual trends or outbreaks.
Protocol Enforcement: Make sure staff properly use personal protective equipment (PPE), wash hands, and sterilize medical tools.
Staff Education: Teach current and current hospital workers about protected infection control practices and waste management.
Outbreak Response: Lead action plans and isolation procedures if a contagious threat emerges
