We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the execution team with budgeting and quantity calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out and construction projects
Analyze drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements
Calculate material quantities, labour costs, and project budgets
Obtain and compare vendor/supplier quotations
Prepare rate analysis and cost reports
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams
Monitor project cost variations and suggest cost-effective solutions
Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted on time
Requirements:
Experience in interior estimation / quantity surveying / project costing
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution processes
Ability to read architectural/interior drawings
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and estimation software (preferred)
Solid analytical and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and cost control mindset
