We are looking for a Senior ControlM Engineer with solid expertise in ControlM architecture, advanced job scheduling, and enterprise workload automation.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in ControlM components (EM, Server, Agent) and should be actively working in a 247 production support workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and manage enterprise batch workloads using ControlM
Perform job creation, scheduling, and workflow design across complex environments
Handle ControlM architecture (EM, Server, Agent) including administration and troubleshooting
Manage end-to-end batch lifecycle including dependencies, calendars, and conditions
Perform ControlM upgrades, patching, and migrations
Investigate and resolve critical job failures, performance issues, and SLA breaches
Provide L3 production support in a 247 environment
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
Manage ControlM user access, security, and audit compliance
Work with cross-functional teams (App, DB, Infra) for release & batch alignment
Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and documentation




Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer
