Job Description:
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in MEP projects to support the planning, execution, and coordination of mechanical services for hospitality construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting system installations.
Supervise and coordinate MEP works with consultants, contractors, and PMCs.
Review mechanical drawings and ensure quality execution as per design.
Verify contractor bills, material quality, and work progress.
Prepare technical documentation, handover documents, and snag lists.
Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion.
Use AutoCAD and BIM for design review and project coordination.
Skills Required:
Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Water Treatment systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software.
Positive knowledge of MEP execution in hotel, resort, or commercial building projects.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to travel across project locations.
