Job Responsibilities
Identify and visit probable retail and industrial customers in assigned territories
Generate current leads and develop a strong sales pipeline
Understand market conditions, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets
Promote weighing scales and allied products to new and existing customers
Take independent sales and marketing initiatives aligned with company goals
Plan daily field activities without waiting for detailed instructions
Maintain customer data, visit reports, and follow-up records
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business

Electronic Weighing Scales
Cash Counting Machines
Sealing Machines
Paper Shredders
Jewellery Rate Boards and allied products
Qualification
Any graduation / diploma preferred
Experience
2–3 years of relevant field sales experience preferred
Experience in retail, industrial, or B2B sales is an advantage
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Positive understanding of local market conditions
Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets
Willingness to travel extensively in the field
