Job Description: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly dependable Personal Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director who can function as the MD’s right hand—someone who ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
This role demands ownership, discretion, maturity, and exceptional follow-up discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Relentless follow-ups on internal and external commitments until closure
Managing the MD’s calendar, meetings, reminders and deadlines
Drafting, formatting, and managing correspondence, reports and documents
Preparing Excel sheets, trackers, MIS reports and basic data analysis
Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, clients and external stakeholders
Maintaining confidential files, records and documentation
Handling travel planning, meeting logistics and priority coordination
Acting as a gatekeeper—prioritising matters based on urgency and importance
Supporting select personal tasks of the MD with discretion and professionalism
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional follow-up and tracking skills (non-negotiable)
Robust working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Graduate from a Secretarial School / Executive Assistant program
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Secretary
High standards of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
Robust organisational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
