Role & responsibilities :-
Drive collection efficiency, hit monthly recovery targets, and manage soft and hard bucket cases eam Leadership.
Guide branch collection executives, field staff, and external agencies. Delinquency Management.
Track early stress accounts, handle Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), and oversee vehicle repossession and disposal processes. Legal Coordination.
Execute legal tools like Section 138 warrants and follow up on bounce cases (cheque/ECS).
Preferred candidate profile :-
Candidate should be Graduate/ Post Graduate from the recognized institute .
Should have home loan collection experience.
