We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a premium aesthetic clinic specializing in Hair, Skin & Slimming treatments.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for sales, revenue growth, team management, customer experience, operational efficiency, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Drive monthly revenue and sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
Handle consultations and support the team in converting leads into treatment packages.
Monitor sales performance of counsellors, therapists, and other team members.
Generate repeat business through follow-ups, renewals, referrals, and upselling.
Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to completion of treatment.
