Role & responsibilities
Operate and oversee milling operations to ensure smooth production.
Train, guide, and supervise the team of Chikki Operators.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
Coordinate with the Quality Lab to ensure products meet company quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and SOP requirements.
Maintain production records and report operational issues to the supervisor.
Preferred candidate profile
Preferred candidates with experience in chakki/flour mill operations and knowledge of milling processe
