Ensure end-to-end coordination for DLA empanelment, agreements, commercials, and system integration.
Build robust and sustainable relationships with DLA partners through regular engagement and support.
Lead Funnel Management
Maintain an optimal balance of lead quality and lead quantity from DLAs.
Monitor lead inflow, allocation, aging, and conversions across regions.
Identify gaps in the lead funnel and work with DLAs to improve lead quality.
Sales & Channel Partner Engagement
Provide regular support and connect with DLAs to address operational issues and conversion challenges.
Conduct periodic meetings with Regional Sales Teams for lead conversion reviews.
Ensure timely lead status updates by the sales teams.
MIS & Performance Transparency
Prepare and circulate regular MIS reports to Sales Teams and DLA partners.
Ensure transparency of the lead journey to improve follow-ups and conversions.
Use data insights to recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
Conversion Enhancement & Offers
Design and roll out special schemes or offers for DLA leads in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of special offers.
Field & Market Engagement
Travel frequently to markets to engage with sales teams and DLA teams.
Identify on-ground challenges and improve engagement efficiency.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a bridge between DLA teams, Sales Teams, and Telecalling Teams.
Ensure smooth coordination across the lead lifecycle.
Telecalling Review & Feedback
Review initial calling outcomes and lead filtration quality.
Provide structured feedback to improve calling effectiveness.
