US Payroll Tax Analyst | Chennai (Level 3)

Mode: Work From Office (Chennai). Work from office. telephonic interview will be done.

Shifts: Night Shifts

Salary Range: up to 9 LPA

Joining Date: Immediate joiner required

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Tax Analyst with robust experience in US Payroll Tax and multi-state payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll tax processing & reconciliations
Prepare/review Federal, State & Local tax filings (941, 940, W-2, W-2C)
Handle tax notices, amendments & compliance deadlines
Support year-end payroll tax activities
Drive process improvements & stakeholder coordination

What Were Looking For:
4+ years of Payroll / Payroll Tax experience
Robust knowledge of US payroll tax regulations
Experience in multi-state payroll workplace
Hands-on with ADP, Workday or similar payroll tools
Strong Excel & analytical skills
Location: Chennai
