Education: Any Graduate - IATA qualified (added advantage)
Responsible for issuing, reissuing Air tickets for all customers.
To confirm waitlisted seats by monitoring flights and liaising with the airlines.
Monitor and manage GDS queues.
Ensure quality check and queries to be resolved within TAT.
Desired Candidate Profile :
2- 4 Years of experience in Issuing and reissuing Tickets on CRS Amadeus and Sabre.
Excellent communication, valuable customer service leadership skills.
Willingness to work under UK shift timing.
