Pantry Boy Job Responsibilities

Tea & Coffee

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water and other refreshments to staff/visitors

Pantry Cleaning

Keep pantry, kitchen platform, utensils, cups, glasses and equipment clean

Office Service

Serve tea/coffee/water during meetings and to senior staff/visitors

Stock Management

Maintain stock of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, drinking water, disposable items etc.

Purchasing

Inform supervisor about low stock and purchase approved pantry items

Meeting Support

Arrange tea, coffee, water and snacks for meetings

Utensils

Wash and properly store cups,



glasses, plates and other utensils

Hygiene

Follow food safety, personal hygiene and cleanliness standards

Waste Management

Dispose of pantry waste and maintain clean dustbins

Equipment

Operate kettle, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator etc. carefully

Opening/Closing

Check pantry before opening and ensure gas/electrical appliances are switched off after work

Other Support

Help with basic office hospitality and other pantry-related duties assigned by managem
