Job Summary

A Social Worker cum Field Mobiliser is responsible for community outreach, beneficiary identification, awareness generation and mobilization of individuals for various social welfare, education, skill development, livelihood and government-sponsored programs. The role involves extensive fieldwork, community engagement and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Conduct field visits and community outreach activities.
Mobilize beneficiaries for training, employment, education and welfare programs.
Create awareness about government schemes and social development initiatives.
Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders and stakeholders.
Organize meetings, workshops, camps and awareness programs.
Collect beneficiary data and maintain field records.
Assist in surveys, assessments and project implementation activities.
Prepare field reports and submit progress updates.
Support monitoring and evaluation of program activities.




Build and maintain positive relationships with communities.

Experience
In the field of child education and rights

Qualifications
Graduate in Pshchology
Basic computer certification preferred.
Valuable Communication Skills.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Good reporting and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in field environments.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
