Role & responsibilities :
Create original fragrance compositions for perfumes, cosmetics, incense, and household products.
Maintain a deep understanding of olfactory families and raw materials.
Collaborate with fragrance developers and marketing teams to meet product briefs.
Conduct stability and burn tests to ensure fragrance performance.
Innovate with recent aroma chemicals and sustainable ingredients.
Document formulas and maintain fragrance libraries.
Market research to identify consumer trends and preferences.
Partner with perfumers to translate briefs into fragrance concepts.
Conduct fragrance evaluations and sensory testing.
Work with suppliers to source raw materials and aroma chemicals.
Ensure compliance with IFRA standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate with packaging and branding teams to align fragrance with product identity.
Manage timelines and budgets for fragrance projects.
Create a range of perfume and fragrances on commercial scale for to be used by different industries.
