Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of products.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control measures.
Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or science.
Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in the industrial automation industry.
Robust knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
