IMGC Sales Manager Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve regional sales and business targets for IMGC's Mortgage Guarantee products.
Build and maintain relationships with Banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), NBFCs, and other lending partners.
Promote IMGC's mortgage guarantee solutions and increase product adoption among lender partners.
Conduct product training and awareness sessions for bank and HFC sales teams.
Coordinate with partner sales teams to identify business prospects and drive mortgage guarantee business.
Provide sales support and resolve product-related queries from partner institutions.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Credit, and other internal teams to achieve business goals.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, branch activations, and promotional activities to increase product visibility.
Monitor business performance, analyze sales trends,
and implement strategies to improve revenue.
Ensure high levels of customer and partner satisfaction through timely support.
Build a solid pipeline by acquiring recent banking and HFC partners while strengthening existing relationships.
Travel extensively across the assigned region to meet partner branches, conduct training, and generate business.
Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Stay updated on the Home Loan, Mortgage, and Housing Finance industry, competitor activities, and market trends.
Ideal Candidate
4–5 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage, Housing Finance, Banking Sales, or Insurance Channel Sales.
Experience in partner/channel management and B2B sales.
