Key Responsibilities
Develop current international customers and distributors for Sweet Corn Kernels.
Expand business in Europe and North America (USA) markets.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Participate in international trade exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and food expos.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international customers.
Handle export enquiries, quotations, pricing, negotiations, and order finalization.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams for timely order execution.
Ensure smooth shipment planning and customer communication throughout the order cycle.
Address customer complaints, quality concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans.
Work towards achieving export sales targets and business growth objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile
6 to 12 years of experience in Export Sales of processed food, frozen food,



vegetables, or agro products.
Experience in handling Europe and USA markets is mandatory.
Robust understanding of international trade practices, export documentation, and logistics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in attending international exhibitions and trade fairs.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Robust customer relationship and key account management skills.
