Experience: 38 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a minimum of 4+ years focused specifically on ITOM.
Technical skills: Deep expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and other ServiceNow development tools.
Module expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
Certifications (preferred): ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM, Discovery, and Event Management. ServiceNow Certified
Application Developer (CAD) is also highly desirable.
Platform knowledge: Robust understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and their integration with other ServiceNow modules.
Infrastructure knowledge: Solid grasp of IT infrastructure, cloud settings (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS), and container technologies.
