Role & responsibilities :
Payroll Processing, Payroll Investment, Payroll & Compliances Reports.
Should have hand in experience of payroll processing
Aware about statutory compliances pertains to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Statutory Laws.
Preferred candidate profile :
Valuable understanding of payroll compliance processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Robust documentation and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication
Graduate Fresher with good understanding of Statutory compliance OR 12 years of experience in statutory compliance
Experience in handling EPF, ESIC, PT, and LWF compliance
Track labor licenses, registrations, and statutory deposits
