Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end AWS platform architecture, including multi-account organization, Landing Zone, networking, IAM, DNS, certificates and tenancy models.
Define architecture and technical roadmap for AWS-based ERP environments and SaaS platforms.
Lead architecture and sequencing for private-cloud/VMware to AWS migration.
Design and maintain high-quality Terraform modules and Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks.
Establish standards for CI/CD, GitHub Actions, environment promotion and secrets management.
Drive reliability, observability, SRE practices and platform cost optimization.
Design cloud security architecture including IAM, network segmentation, encryption and data governance.
Ensure cloud platforms support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance requirements.
Provide technical leadership and influence architecture decisions across U.S. and India engineering teams.
Work closely with AWS, consulting partners and third-party technology providers.
Mentor senior engineers and improve engineering/design-review standards.
Contribute to AI-assisted and agentic engineering platforms, including guardrails, governance and evaluation frameworks.

Mandatory Skills




10+ years of progressive engineering experience with solid hands-on AWS expertise.
Expert-level experience in AWS Architecture.
Robust experience with AWS Landing Zone / Multi-Account Architecture.
Experience with AWS Control Tower or equivalent, SCPs and account vending.
Expert Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience.
Proven experience in large-scale Cloud Migration, especially VMware / Private Cloud to AWS.
Experience migrating ERP-class or stateful enterprise workloads to AWS.
Strong programming/scripting experience in Python, Go or similar.
Strong experience with CI/CD GitHub Actions or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Cloud Security, SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Proven technical leadership experience without formal people-management responsibility.

Preferred Skills
AWS Solutions Architect Skilled / AWS DevOps Engineer Professional certification.
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and account-per-customer architecture.
Experience with M&A; / Private Equity portfolio environments.
Experience building AI/LLM platforms or agent-based automation.
Experience working with consulting partners on large cloud programs such as AWS MAP.
