Roles and Responsibility
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow functionality.
Develop custom workflows, integrations, and data models using ServiceNow's scripting language.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow application performance and data integrity.
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow applications and features.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Job Requirements
Robust understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, features, and best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML.
Knowledge of integration frameworks such as REST APIs and web services.
Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
