Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities in a fast-paced IT/Software environment.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain practical exposure to core HR processes, HRMS, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance and leave management, HR MIS, employee engagement, and other HR operations.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.




Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Willingness to learn HRMS and other HR tools.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced IT/Software setting.
Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

Educational Qualification
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile
6 month 1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Recruitment Coordination, or a related area.
Candidates with internship/project experience in HR will be preferred.
Strong interest in building a career in HR Operations / Generalist HR.
Comfortable working with HR systems, Excel, and employee data.
