The Analyst - Business Operations is responsible for working within the Application support team to ensure the issues reported to him are resolved within the time specified.
The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability, flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple and changing priorities and be able to successfully collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
The person will report to the Manager - Application Support. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Should be able to resolve the queries raised by the branches.
Analyze business processes and requirements
Create and maintain process documentation
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions within the timeline
Providing support to the in-house applications
Should be a very robust team player
Enhancing knowledge with self-learning abilities
Should be able to maintain SLA

Core Competencies




Should have basic SQL knowledge
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to think logically and troubleshoot issues
Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project settings that includes internal, external and customer teams

Qualifications
Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BSC-IT
1 Year working experience

Skills
Interim Excel knowledge (Pivot table, Vlookup, Import Range, Functions), Google sheets
Must have SQL, MySQL knowledge
