KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure and customise ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules.
Manage hardware and software asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
Configure software models, entitlements, contracts, license positions and normalisation/reconciliation.
Conduct license audits, reclamation and cost-optimisation activities.
Integrate ITAM with Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Jamf, Flexera and CMDB.
Build asset dashboards, compliance metrics and executive reports.
Lead solution design workshops, architecture/design reviews and code reviews.
Mentor developers, enforce ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
Engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
ServiceNow ITAM HAM Pro & SAM Pro, ITAM/SAM, CMDB & CSDM.
Discovery, JavaScript/GlideScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
REST/SOAP APIs; SCCM/MECM, Intune, Jamf, Flexera FNMS.
Import Sets, Transform Maps and asset reconciliation.
Software license compliance and asset governance.
