Bond: 2 Years and 6 Months

Out station candidates: should be ready to relocate to Navi Mumbai

Level 2 HR & Manager Social Media

Level 3 HOD Digital Marketing

Level 4 Panel discussion with CEO

All interviews would be undertaken face to face in person at Rabale Navi Mumbai only

Job Summary:

Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Media Executive with a focus on Facebook advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing ad campaigns on Facebook, monitoring campaign performance, and working towards achieving daily and monthly KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation & Management:

• Develop, upload, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.

• Optimize ad performance to achieve maximum ROI within budget.
Performance Monitoring:

• Track campaign spending and prepare performance reports using Excel.
KPI Achievement:

• Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly KPI targets focused on sales and conversions.
Strategic Input:

• Collaborate with marketing teams on strategy and stay updated on trends.
Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with departments to align business goals.
Learning & Development:

• Adapt to current tools, trends, and deadlines positively.

Qualifications/Education:

• Any graduate degree.

• Digital marketing certification preferred unless relevant experience exists.

Experience:

• Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience in Facebook advertising/social media marketing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and digital marketing tools.

• Strong understanding of Facebook advertising policies and metrics.

• Advanced Excel knowledge.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and deadline management.
