Gideon Automotive Industries is inviting applications for the position of Production Trainee / Associate at our Vengaivasal facility. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers across various educational backgrounds to join our automotive manufacturing team.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, or BE (Bachelor of Engineering)
Experience: Freshers Welcome (No prior experience required)
Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
Gender Preference: Male & Female (Both eligible)
Key Skills Required: Basic understanding of production processes, team player, and willingness to learn.
Stipend & Allowances
Education LevelMonthly Stipend (Including DBT)
Diploma18,000 / month
BE (Engineering)19,000 / month
Attendance Allowance: 800 / month (Subject to attendance policy)
Shift Timings & Working Hours
General Shift: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Rotational Shifts:
Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day assembly line and production operations.
Operate machinery and equipment as guided by senior supervisors.
Maintain quality standards for finished goods and components.
Adhere strictly to shop-floor safety regulations and workplace standards.
Additional Information
Uniform & Safety Shoes: Provided after completion of 1 month of service.
Medical Exam: Not required prior to joining.
Overtime (OT): Not available.
Facilities Note: Candidates must make their own arrangements as Food, Transportation, and Accommodation are NOT provided.
