Role & responsibilities
Attend to customers and understand their requirements to provide suitable product recommendations.
Drive daily store sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, discounts, and promotions to customers.
Ensure proper display, merchandising, and availability of FMCG products.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store In-Charge for replenishment.
Assist in receiving, checking, arranging, and storing merchandise.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable and monitor expiry dates.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the store and sales area.
Support billing and POS operations as required.

Preferred candidate profile
15 years of experience in FMCG retail, supermarket, pharmacy retail, contemporary trade, or general retail sales.
Freshers with valuable communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.
