Roles and Responsibility
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the assembly service team to achieve production targets.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to management.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the industrial equipment or machinery industry.
Solid knowledge of construction equipment and machinery.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and protocols.
