Roles & Responsibilities:
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Implement and support ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, and Custom Applications.
Design and develop solutions using App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
Participate in testing, deployment, and enhancement activities.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development.
Experience in any of the following modules: ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, or Custom Applications.
Robust knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
Experience with API integrations and platform customization.
Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
