What Youll Be Doing:
Lead and mentorthe developmentteam through guidance, code reviews, and best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:
4+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Experience with Next.js and TypeScript is mandatory.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
Experience handling cross-browser compatibility issues.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proven experience in team mentoring,leadership, and project ownership.
Knowledge and practical use of AI tools is a must.
Valuable to Have (Advantage):
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Prior experience interacting directly with international clients.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Communication:
Robust verbal and written communication skills are required due to client interactions.
