Skill Requirements
valuable experience with automotive OEM in durability & reliability validation
Handson experience in at least two passenger vehicle programs
Experience in CFD simulations, Air flow, external aerodynamics, front end flow simulations
Knowledge of multiphase simulations will have advantage.
Must have positive skill with ANSYS-Fluent.
Effective communication skills.
Design experience will be added advantage.
Job Profile:
Roles & Responsibilities
Interaction with customer to understand the simulation requirement and objective.
Get correct boundary conditions and CAD input.
CAD clean up, Meshing, volume meshing and carry out simulations.
Prepare reports which can be well understood to the customer with their formats.
Tools:
Hyper mesh, ANSYS-fluent, T-Grid, Workbench, ANSA
Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech
