Responsibilities:
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.
Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, vendor management, and process improvement initiatives.
Liaise with vendors for contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with related processes and regulations.
Respond to issues and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to manage documents, provisions, billing data, and payments effectively.
Supervise, train, and coordinate employees involved in warehouse and logistics operations.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards governing warehouse and logistics operations.
Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with overall organizational objectives.
Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and facilities, to meet operational demand across regions.
Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs and requirements are met effectively.
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing mentorship and motivation to achieve operational goals.




Oversee technology implementation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Continuously improve processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate with customer teams to build solid relationships and address any concerns or issues.
Conduct warehouse visits for team meetings, audits, and to ensure operational compliance.
Understand and anticipate customer needs and requirements to deliver exceptional service.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to streamline operations and achieve organizational objectives.
Lead the onboarding process for current clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management review.
Desired Skills:

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

*Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least [X years] in a managerial role.

*Solid understanding of inventory control, vendor management, and process improvement methodologies.

*Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams effectively.
