Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave and HR records.
Support payroll inputs, PF, ESI and other statutory activities.
Handle employee engagement and welfare activities.
Support performance management, confirmation and appraisal processes.
Coordinate training and development activities.
Assist in HR audits and compliance requirements.
Support disciplinary and employee relations matters.
Prepare HR MIS and reports as required.
