Role & responsibilities :
Branch Oversight & Compliance
Conduct surprise and scheduled visits to branches to ensure adherence to operational standards.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular reviews to maintain stock accuracy and availability.
Address and resolve customer service issues and feedback promptly to enhance service quality.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies across all branches in the zone.
Audit & Governance
Prepare branches for internal and external audits and manage query resolution effectively.
Maintain a transparent approval and communication hierarchy to streamline decision-making and escalation.
Manpower & Training
Plan and manage manpower deployment, ensuring optimal staffing and smooth operations.
Conduct functional interviews and facilitate training programs for pharmacists and store personnel.
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate regularly with other departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and initiatives.
Support the setup of recent pharmacies or stores within the zone, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
Zonal Representation
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the zone, liaising between Head Office, departments, and branch teams.
Preferred candidate profile : B-pharma/ D-Pharma with previous experience is preferred
